Enjoying My First (But totally nervous!)

Well, everything got to have a first, so here goes....

Literally woke up one day and told myself, Hey self, you're always busy, will you ever stop? My adult life has been trampling me with work, motherhood and making-ends-meet stuff, and that is really exhausting, I tell you. So as a mother, I am way past diapers and breastfeeding, and my age is peeping right through my locks. Dealing with the "real stuff" of my children's higher education woes, I just found myself looking at the mirror and wanting to take a break and do something, just anything out of the routine! Have you felt something like that?

Good thing, I did not think of coloring my hair purple or pink... Thank God I paused for a second, took deep breaths, and stayed in bed for awhile and stopped myself from jumping right back to where I left off the other night. Then there it was! What I wanted was to write down my thoughts. I am not much of a writer, but for so long, decades back, I think putting into writing what goes in my head calms my mind and slows me down.

So here goes my first, and I think this will really slow me down, and recharge me, because my hands and body can't keep up with what's on my mind anymore. How about that for a strategy? Slow down and breathe.

I now belong to the Titas, no background in techie stuff whatsoever, so sorry, I may have some technical blunders doing this. Maybe no one is reading this blog, but what the heck, I am here to free my mind, relax, regain positivity and continue a hobby I almost forgot, before going back to whatever occupies me at the moment. If you are reading though, well, I hope you bear with me in this entirely new journey of mine. Thank you for your time and let's look for the sun!
